Charters Towers Property Market Records Strong Sales
Data provided by CoreLogic showed the median house sale price for Charters Towers was $205,000 over the previous 12 months, although several recent sales have achieved more than double that amount.
According to Property Value by CoreLogic, the median sale price has seen changes of up to 15 per cent in some suburbs.
A number of higher-value sales have been recorded, with many of these properties located in semi-rural settings with acreage. The highest sale listed was a heritage-listed property of local historical significance.
